二 | 上述收购事项于2025年3月31日经崇德科技董事会审议通过，交易金额总计850万欧元。　　公开资料显示，Levicron GmbH主要产品包括超精密机床气浮主轴、超精密光学加工气浮主轴、超精密主轴刀具夹持系统、主轴回转精度和动力学测试系统。　　崇德科技表示，本次终止收购系依约行使解除权，不存在违反协议情形。本次终止收购不会对公司现有主营业务的正常开展及新产品的研发造成重大不利影响，不会对公司的财务状况和经营成果产生重大影响，不存在损害公司及全体股东特别是中小股东利益的情形。
